The following FAQ section covers the basics of being a presenter at the Colorado Advocacy in Action Conference.
How many attendees come to the conference?
While the conference generally has 150-200 registered attendees, breakouts have 10-30 per session.
As a presenter will I be registered for the conference?
As a presenter you will receive ONE complimentary registration. The registration will be in your name and valid for the entire conference.
How are session rooms setup?
Each session room will have the following equipment available for your use: podium, screen, projector and laptop. Flip charts are available if you need them, please contact us in advance to reserve. Rooms are not equipped with house sound. Please keep this in mind if you plan to have videos or audio clips.

Do I need to print/bring my handouts?
Yes, presenters will be responsible for any paper copies which they choose to provide. Additionally, presenters will be asked to provide an electronic copy of their presentation and/or handouts by May 30, 2013. We will post materials online for attendees.
Are presenters paid or reimbursed?
The primary presenter will receive a hotel room for one night, and one free conference registration. We are not providing travel reimbursement or honorarium.
